Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

Kelera Luvu Nayacakalou, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, was on 18 August 2022 appointed as receiver and manager of GLW GROUP LIMITED (in liquidation and receivership) (“grantor”) by 47 Fairfax Road Pty Limited under the powers contained in a Deed of Agreement to Mortgage dated 9 June 2017, which property consists of all income in respect of the secured property and other property of the grantor (including interests in land).

Receivers are required to be Licenced Insolvency Practitioners in accordance with the Insolvency Practitioners Regulation Act 2019. More information about the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.
