Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed as joint and several receivers of the above-named company by Early Childcare Holdings Limited on 1 September 2022 under the powers contained in Loan Terms and Conditions dated 27 April 2021 which property consists of all present and after-acquired property of the company.
