Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager of Retention Account

Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

John Marshall Scutter was appointed receiver and manager of the company’s retention account pursuant to an order of the High Court at Wellington dated 17 August 2022 and the Receiverships Act 1993. The property in receivership is a specific bank account containing funds held on trust for certain of the company’s subcontractors.
