Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Kenneth Peter Brown and Paul Thomas Manning were on 15 August 2022 appointed as joint and several receivers and managers of the property of the above-named company, Kristin Jane Zaloumis and Gregory James Zaloumis under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated 6 July 2021, which property consists of all present and after-acquired personal property and a specific security agreement dated 6 July 2021, which creates a charge over the 40-foot Mariner boat “Anne Maree”.
