Notice of Appointment of Receiver Company Property

Pursuant to section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993, Domenic Calabretta of Mackay Goodwin, Registered Receiver, advises that on 29 July 2022 he was appointed receiver of the property of SLAM SPORTS LMITED pursuant to the powers contained in the following instrument:

1. The loan agreements between Bizcap NZ Limited and the borrower dated 23 August 2021, 30 August 2021 and 28 October 2021; and
2. Financing statements registered on the Personal Property Securities Register on 4 November 2021 in relation to all of the present and after acquired personal property in which the company has rights.
