Notice of Appointment of Receivers of Company Property

Pursuant to section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993, Domenic Calabretta of Mackay Goodwin, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, advise that on 25 July 2022 he was appointed receiver of the property of ADENS TRADING LIMITED pursuant to the powers contained in the following instrument:

1. The loan agreements between the BIZCAP NZ LIMITED and the borrower dated 17 March 2022 and 20 May 2022 granting a security interest in all of its present and after-acquired personal property; and
2. A financing statement registered on the Personal Property Securities Register on 28 January 2022 in relation to the company’s all present and after-acquired personal property.

The law requires receivers to be Licensed Insolvency Practitioners. More information about the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.
