Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8(1)(1A) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Company Numbers: 4354778 and 1904514

John H. Fisk and Richard J. Nacey, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the companies on 8 July 2022, pursuant to section 6(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993, by the Bank of New Zealand under the terms of general security agreements dated 18 July 2013 and 5 October 2010 respectively, granting the secured party a general security interest over all the companies’ present and after-acquired property.

Receivers are required to be licensed insolvency practitioners. More information about the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.
