Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

On 5 July 2022, Colin Sanderson and Iain McLennan, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed receivers and managers, by David John Hillary as trustee for Strong Properties Holdings Trust Number 2, over all the present and after-acquired personal property of LAVENDER COTTAGE 2021 LIMITED, pursuant to a general security agreement dated 16 August 2021.
