Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that on 3 June 2022, Rees Logan and Andrew McKay of BDO Auckland, both chartered accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (Registration Numbers: IP34 and IP40 respectively), were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the trust by Rabobank New Zealand Limited under the terms of a general security deed dated 22 December 2009.

The property in receivership is all the trust’s present and after-acquired property and land.
