Pursuant to section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993, Paul Vlasic, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Rodgers Reidy, hereby gives notice that on 1 June 2022 at 9.00am he was appointed by Reforma Limited as receiver and manager of the property of Kaukapakapa Village Centre Company Limited under the powers contained in the following instrument:

1. A General Security Agreement dated 14 December 2017 in relation to all of the present and after-acquired property, and all personal property in which the company has rights, whether now or in the future.

Receivers are required to be Licensed Insolvency Practitioners. Further information regarding the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar.
