Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

On 19 May 2022, Bank of China (New Zealand) Limited, the holder of the general security agreement dated 2 September 2016 appointed Raymond Paul Cox (IP#94) and Stephanie Beth Jeffreys (IP#28), Accredited Insolvency Practitioners and Chartered Accountants of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all present and future undertaking and assets, of any kind whatsoever, of the company.

Receivers are required to be licensed insolvency practitioners. More information about the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar.
