Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993, that on 12 April 2022, following the resignation of Greg Sherriff, Damien Grant and Adam Botterill were appointed replacement receivers and managers of the above-mentioned entities under the factoring facility agreement with guarantee, dated 17 November 2020, and pursuant to a factoring facility agreement and general security agreement general terms which property consists of all present and after-acquired personal property. The appointer is Ignite Solutions Limited.
