Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Christopher Carey McCullagh (IP39) and Stephen Mark Lawrence (IP67), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of CITY GRIND LIMITED (trading as Frasers Café) by a special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act, on 11 March 2022 at 11.00am, MSM PITA BREAD LIMITED by the High Court in Auckland pursuant to 241(2)(c) of the Act on 11 March 2022 at 10.40am, and CBD OFFICE LIMITED by a special resolution of shareholders pursuant to 241(2)(a) of the Act on 14 March 2022 at 1.03pm.

Claims by creditors in the liquidations should be sent to the liquidators by 11 May 2022.
