Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) and Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993

Iain Bruce Shephard and Jessica Jane Kellow, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of BDO Wellington (Registration Numbers: IP71 and IP75), were appointed liquidators of the companies on 6 January 2022 pursuant to a resolution of the shareholders.

These are solvent liquidations following the sale of the business operated by the companies. Prior to our appointment the directors signed a declaration pursuant to section 243A of the Companies Act 1993 that the companies are solvent.

The liquidations were effective from the following times:

TMP LIMITED at 9.00am.

FUNDRIVE LIMITED at 10.00am.

TMP PROPERTIES LIMITED at 10.00am.

The liquidators fix 21 February 2022 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

The liquidation of the entities does not impact on the day-to-day operation of Taupo International Motorsport Park as the business was sold prior to the liquidation.
