Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is hereby given that, subsequent to a resolution as to solvency, and in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named companies, at 9.00am on 2 March 2022 and at 9.00am on 5 March 2022 respectively, appointed Victoria Toon, chartered accountant of Auckland, as liquidator of the above-named companies. RELENTLESS TWENTY-TWO LIMITED was previously named GLUE GURU LIMITED until 1 March 2022.

The undersigned does hereby fix 31 March 2022 and 4 April 2022 respectively, as the days on or before which the creditors of the companies are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distributions made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distributions.

Note: These are solvent liquidations. The businesses have been sold and they continue to trade under the management of new owners. All valid creditors will be paid.
