On 3 March 2022, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that BRASSERIE74 LIMITED be liquidated and that Heath Gair, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Palliser Insolvency, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on 3 March 2022 at 11.30am.

The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 11 April 2022.
