Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Take notice that THE OTAGO CHAMBER OF COMMERCE INCORPORATED (in liquidation) passed a resolution pursuant to section 24 of the Incorporated Societies 1908 on 2 March 2022 to be put into liquidation.

Iain Andrew Nellies was appointed liquidator of the society.

The liquidation commenced on 2 March 2022 at 3.00pm and creditors may make enquiries from the liquidator whose address is c/- Insolvency Management Limited, PO Box 1058, Dunedin 9054.

Note: This is a solvent liquidation following the society’s amalgamation and rebranding as Business South.
