Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Keaton Alexander Pronk (IP107) and Iain McLennan (IP82), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of ROCOCO HAIR LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders on 27 February 2022 at 5.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Peri Micaela Finnigan (IP17) and Boris van Delden (IP57), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators following a directors’ resolution as to solvency and a special resolution of the shareholders of M S ENGINEERING LIMITED (in liquidation) on 4 March 2022 at 2.30pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Note: M S ENGINEERING LIMITED is a solvent liquidation.
