Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(c)(iv) of the Companies Act 1993, Paul Thomas Manning and Jessica Jane Kellow, were appointed joint and several liquidators of NZ LIGHTING & HEATING LIMITED and NZ PROPERTY MAINTENANCE SOLUTIONS LIMITED (both in liquidation) by an order of the High Court at Wellington on 1 March 2022 at 10.19am and 10.18am respectively, following an application by Quang Nguyen.
