Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Christopher Carey McCullagh (IP39) and Stephen Mark Lawrence (IP67), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named companies by a special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act on 24 February 2022 at the times listed below:

These are solvent liquidations. Prior to liquidation, the companies’ directors signed a declaration that debts will be paid within 12 months, pursuant to section 243A of the Act. A copy of that declaration was delivered to Registrar.

Claims by creditors in the liquidations should be sent to the liquidators by 24 March 2022.
