Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Vivian Judith Fatupaito and Leon Bowker, of KPMG, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by the High Court of New Zealand at Auckland on 25 February 2022 at 10.20am. The appointment was made on the application of Inland Revenue.

The liquidators fix 25 April 2022 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
