Malcolm Hollis and Wendy Somerville, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of WHITE WATERS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 on 22 February 2022 at 1.04pm.

We fix 26 April 2022 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
