Notice is hereby given that as liquidators of the companies, we fix 26 January 2023 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims, and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended) or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Please note REDICAN ALLWOOD 2014 LIMITED is a solvent liquidation for the purpose of restructuring shareholders’ affairs and the declarations as to solvency (pursuant to section 243A of the Companies Act 1993) have been signed. The liquidation of this company has no impact on the entity currently trading as “Redican Allwood”.
