Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, and section 25 of the Charitable Trust Act 1975 respectively, Heath Gair, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Palliser Insolvency, be appointed liquidator of the above-named company and trust by order of the High Court of New Zealand at Wellington on 15 December 2022 at 4.00pm upon the application of Standard 754 Limited.

The liquidation commenced on 15 December 2022 at 4.00pm. The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 28 February 2023.
