On 12 December 2022 it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that WWW.THE GARAGE.CO.NZ LIMITED be liquidated and that Heath Gair, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Palliser Insolvency, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on 12 December 2022 at 1.00pm. The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 30 January 2023.
