Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Malcolm Hollis and John Fisk, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of LEOPARD COACHLINES LIMITED and GO TOURING LIMITED (both in liquidation) by the shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 17 February 2022 at 1.00pm.

We fix 21 April 2022 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
