Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of LONG CLOUD SERVICES LIMITED and SAIL NEW ZEALAND LIMITED (both in liquidation) by the High Court at Dunedin pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 15 December 2022 at 10.20am and 10.24am on the application of Inland Revenue.

We fix 22 January 2023 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
