Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) and Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993

We, Diana Matchett, chartered accountant and Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP110) and Colin Gower, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP20), both of BDO Christchurch, were appointed liquidators of the companies by a special resolution of the shareholders on 8 December 2022 at 3.30pm. The liquidation commenced on our appointment.

Notice is hereby given that as liquidators of ATA RANGI PASTORAL LIMITED, BURNSIDE PASTORAL LIMITED, GRAND CRU HOLDINGS LIMITED and NZ PASTORAL HOLDINGS NO. 2 LIMITED (all in liquidation), we fix 10 January 2023, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims, and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended) or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed, or as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
