Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) and Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993

We, Diana Matchett, chartered accountant and Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP110) and Colin Gower, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP20), both of BDO Christchurch, were appointed liquidators of the partnerships by a special resolution of the limited partners on 8 December 2022 at 3.30pm. The liquidation commenced on our appointment.

Notice is hereby given that as liquidators of ATA RANGI 2015 LIMITED PARTNERSHIP and NZ PASTORAL HOLDINGS LIMITED PARTNERSHIP (both in liquidation), we fix 10 January 2023 as the day on or before which the creditors of the partnerships are to make their claims, and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended) or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed, or as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
