Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Companies Act 1993, Section 3, 255(2)(a)

On 31 October 2022 it was resolved pursuant to section 241(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993 that WALTON NO. 1 LIMITED be liquidated and that Alison Margaret Lemon, chartered accountant of Kerikeri, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 1 November 2022 at 11.00am.
