Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

Colin Owens and Robert Campbell were appointed liquidators, jointly and severally of ALBERT STREET FINANCE LIMITED (in liquidation) by a resolution of its shareholders on 6 December 2022 at 9.20am.

This is a solvent liquidation.

19 January 2023 is fixed as the last day for creditors to lodge and establish any priority their claims may have. Creditors who fail to lodge a claim by the distribution date will be excluded from that distribution and may not object to that distribution. Creditors claiming a security interest should urgently provide details to the liquidators.
