Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

On 6 December 2022 at 10.19am, Christopher Carey McCullagh (IP39) and Stephen Mark Lawrence (IP67), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of BUCHANAN & PLUMMER LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of its shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act.

This is a solvent liquidation. Prior to liquidation, on 6 December 2022, the company’s directors signed a declaration that debts will be paid within 12 months, pursuant to section 243A of the Act. A copy of that declaration was delivered to Registrar.

Claims by creditors in the liquidation should be sent to the liquidators by 21 December 2022.
