Brenton Hunt, of Insolvency Matters Limited, and Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, of Khov Jones Limited, all Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named company by the shareholder pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act on 1 December 2022 at 4.20pm.

Notice to Creditors

We fix 6 January 2023 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
