Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Peri Finnigan (IP17) and Boris van Delden (IP57), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of WAITAKERE ARCHITECTS AND PROJECT MANAGERS LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders on 30 November 2022 at 9.36pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993. All external creditors have been paid in full.

Iain McLennan (IP82) and Keaton Pronk (IP107), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of STAR TRANS NEW ZEALAND LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders on 1 December 2022 at 8.00am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Claims by creditors in the liquidation should be sent to insol@mvp.co.nz by 20 January 2023.
