Notice is hereby given that on 1 December 2022 at 10.04am, Jared Waiata Booth and Daniel Weidan Zhang, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named limited partnership, by order of the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 89 of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008 (“Act”). The applicant creditors were Pelorus Wildlife Sanctuaries and Michael Adams.

The undersigned does hereby fix 27 January 2023, as the day on or before which the creditors of the limited partnership are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
