Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Wendy Somerville and Richard Nacey, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of FULL CIRCLE HOMES LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Napier pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 1 December 2022 at 3.04pm on the application of Inland Revenue.

We fix 20 January 2023 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
