Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(d) of the Companies Act 1993, the creditors of the company voted at a watershed meeting held on 28 November 2022 to appoint Malcolm Russell Moore (IP#42) and David Ian Ruscoe (IP#50), both of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited, as joint and several liquidators of the company.

The liquidation commenced on 28 November 2022 at 2.31pm.

Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix Monday 12 December 2022 as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made, or as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
