Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Companies Act 1993, Section 3, 255(2)(a)

On 28 November 2022 it was resolved pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 that COLAB ARCHITECTURE LIMITED be liquidated and that Antonia Catherine Walker of Christchurch, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 28 November 2022.
