Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Janet Sprosen and Leon Francis Bowker, of KPMG, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court at Auckland on 25 November 2022 at 11.10am, 10.10am and 10.54am respectively. The appointments were made on the application of Inland Revenue.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Pursuant to Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993

The liquidators fix 16 January 2023 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
