Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Take notice that APPLIED INTELLIGENCE LIMITED (in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Invercargill pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on 21 November 2022 to be put into liquidation.

Iain Andrew Nellies, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner was appointed liquidator.
