Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Peri Finnigan (IP17) and Boris van Delden (IP57), Chartered Accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of P B & W M MATTHEWS LIMITED (in liquidation) following the director’s resolution as to solvency and a special resolution of the shareholders on 18 November 2022 at 2.30pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993. This is a solvent liquidation.

All liquidations are solvent.

Colin Sanderson (IP89) and Iain McLennan (IP82), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of STEEPMOW LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders on 20 November 2022 at 9.00am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
