Notice of Appointment of Interim Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Malcolm Hollis and Richard Nacey, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several interim liquidators of BLENHEIM WORKING MEN’S CLUB (trading as Clubs of Marlborough) (in interim liquidation) by the High Court at Wellington pursuant to section 90 of the Friendly Societies and Credit Unions Act 1982 and section 246 of the Companies Act 1993 on 22 November 2022 on the application of the Registrar of Friendly Societies and Credit Unions. The interim liquidation followed the decision by the club's committee on 11 November 2022 to cease trading and close the operations of the club.

We fix 27 January 2023 as the day by which the creditors of the club are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
