Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice of Creditors to Claim

Rhys Cain and Larissa Logan, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named companies by special resolution of the companies’ shareholder, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), on 11 February 2022 at 2.30pm.

We fix 9 May 2022 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
