Craig Sanson and Malcolm Hollis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), on 4 February 2022 on the application of Inland Revenue at the times listed below:
