Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators by the High Court at Dunedin pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 17 November 2022; of FC2 LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.18am, and of FIRST CONSTRUCTION LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.20am, on the application of Inland Revenue.

We fix 7 January 2023 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
