Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of D AND K CIVIL AND HAULAGE LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Hamilton pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 ("Act") on 21 November 2022 at 10.57am on the application of Inland Revenue.

We fix 7 January 2023 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
