Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 21 November 2022 at 12.00pm, it was resolved by a special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 that the company is liquidated and that Grant Bruce Reynolds, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner be appointed liquidator.
