Elizabeth Helen Keene and Luke Norman, of KPMG, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by the High Court at Invercargill on 17 November 2022 at 12.15pm. The appointment was made on the application of the Commissioner of Inland Revenue.

The liquidators fix 19 December 2022 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
