Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Peri Finnigan (IP17) and Boris van Delden (IP57), Chartered Accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of PERFECTION IS POSSIBLE LIMITED (in liquidation) following the director’s resolution as to solvency and a special resolution of the shareholders on 14 November 2022 at 4.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993. This is a solvent liquidation.

Keaton Pronk (IP107) and Iain McLennan (IP82), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of B&W NZ LIMITED (in liquidation) (trading as Aluminium & Glass Worx Henderson) by a special resolution of the shareholders on 15 November 2022 at 9.30am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Keaton Pronk (IP107) and Iain McLennan (IP82), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of DRIVE RIGHT CARS LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders on 15 November 2022 at 12.30pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
