Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Notice is hereby given that Peter Reginald Jollands, Certified Practising Accountant and Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company by the shareholder on 17 November 2022 at 9.16am, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

We fix 23 December 2022, as the last day the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or from objecting to any distribution.
